Walks Make For Better-Behaved Dogs
Did you know that most dogs’ behavioural problems can be solved by regular walks?
It’s true! Dogs can become very dissatisfied and unhappy when they do not get adequate exercise and sensory stimulation. They may become destructive by chewing furniture or may develop other annoying behaviours such as excessive barking as a result. Regular walks will help your dog stay calm, alleviate boredom and get rid of pent up energy.

Dogs are social animals. They need to go outside and explore their environment and interact with people and other dogs. A good brisk walk will fill many of their physical, mental and psychological needs.
On average, adult dogs need a minimum of 45 minutes walk every day and a strong “pack leader” to walk them. A large back yard or running around a dog park is not enough. To keep balanced, dogs need to travel in a pack, even if the pack is just your dog and his walker.
